TCC Beyond the Court Foundation began as a collaboration between parents and coaches of youth AAU basketball players who shared a mission to provide underserved kids with opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive both on and off the court. The vision was always bigger than basketball by combining competitive programs with holistic support, the foundation empowers young athletes to succeed not only as players, but also as leaders, students, and community members.

Inspired by the legendary coaching philosophies of Bob McKillop and Lou Holtz, the foundation is built on the values of Trust, Commitment, and Care (TCC). These principles shape both the game and life, guiding young athletes to become resilient, responsible, and compassionate individuals.
